TODD Architects’ Penny Linton Wins Women in Construction Award at the Irish Construction Industry Awards 2025

Penny Linton of TODD Architects was recognised as the winner of the Women in Construction Award at the Irish Construction Industry Awards 2025 held last October. 

Linton, Associate Director and Dublin Studio Principal, was honoured for her exceptional contribution to sustainable, client-focused design across education, healthcare, retrofit and commercial sectors. 

Joining TODD Architects in 2020, she led the studio with clarity throughout the challenges of COVID-19 and, following her promotion in 2023, has driven multidisciplinary teams across Ireland with precision and vision. Her work has strengthened design standards while delivering measurable outcomes for clients and communities alike.

Judges highlighted Linton’s ability to lead complex projects with both technical expertise and strategic foresight.
