Dubai-based property developer Green Horizon has appointed Strong Walls Construction as main contractor for its AED 170 million (€43.5 million) Meriden Beach Residences development on Dubai Islands, UAE, with construction officially commencing following a groundbreaking ceremony held at the project site, as reported by Construction Business News Middle East. Refine Development Management has been appointed as development manager, with the project team including consultants and construction partners across all disciplines.
Meriden Beach Residences is a low-rise boutique residential development comprising 63 premium one, two and three-bedroom apartments situated on Island A of Dubai Islands. The scheme is designed around Mediterranean-inspired architecture with expansive terraces, floor-to-ceiling glazing and panoramic sea views, combining European finishes, branded appliances and wellness-focused amenities.
Resident amenities are distributed across three levels and include rooftop infinity pools, fitness facilities, yoga and meditation spaces, children's play areas and landscaped social zones. The project is located minutes from Infinity Bridge, Dubai International Airport and Downtown Dubai, offering connectivity alongside the amenity of island living.
