DeAngelis Diamond, one of Southwest Florida’s largest construction firms, has promoted COO Reggie Morgan to president as part of a broader leadership restructuring.

Naples-based DeAngelis Diamond reported $591 million (€508m) in revenue in 2024 and manages $2.1 billion (€1.8b) in construction contracts across the United States.

Morgan will oversee day-to-day operations and “ensure execution of the CEO’s and board’s strategic vision across the organization.” Co-founders David Diamond and John DeAngelis will serve as co-chairs of the board. David Diamond continues as CEO, focusing on long-term vision, corporate strategy, and executive leadership development, while John DeAngelis concentrates on client development, strategic partnerships, and community initiatives.

“This evolved leadership structure, and the launch of recently announced Future Bylt, our AI-focused construction technology company, represent a pivotal moment in accelerating our national growth and brand capabilities,” Diamond said. “With John’s client-focused leadership and community impact, and Reggie’s operational excellence as President, and Brett Diamond, President Future Bylt and CAO DeAngelis Diamond, and Robert Lewis, President Future Bylt Advanced Scheduling, spearheading our new technology venture, we are exceptionally well-positioned to deliver even greater value and experience to our clients and team members nationwide.”

Morgan has played a central role in expanding the company’s footprint into new markets, including Nashville, Detroit, Orlando, Sarasota, and Tampa, and into the health care construction sector.

DeAngelis Diamond has completed over $5 billion (€4.3b) in projects across the United States and the Caribbean, reflecting a diverse portfolio in commercial, healthcare, and infrastructure construction. The leadership promotion and new technology focus aim to accelerate operational efficiency and support continued national growth.
