Brick & Bolt scales footprint and expands services through 2026

India-based tech-enabled construction firm Brick & Bolt recorded a strong 2025, expanding its operational footprint, diversifying services, and strengthening leadership.

The company completed over 10,000 units, crossing 5.01 million sq ft of construction, supported by rising demand from homeowners and institutional clients.

The company introduced the Smart Cost Calculator, a digital tool providing precise cost predictions for homeowners. It also launched Advantix, its commercial construction arm, offering integrated advisory, planning, design, and execution services for institutional and commercial projects.

Brick & Bolt expanded its offline presence with new experience centres in Gurugram and Chennai, providing interactive environments for project planning and design. It also launched the Connoisseur Collection, a premium design-build offering for luxury homes, featuring proprietary metrics based on Liveable Area, Indoor Environmental Quality, Vastu parameters, and Ergonomics.

The firm added the GARANT programme, a real estate advisory platform supporting developers, landowners, and investors with structured consultancy services.

Leadership growth included the appointment of Abhinandan Narayan as Chief Business Officer to drive strategic expansion across markets and verticals.
