Irish Construction Industry Awards shortlist sets excellence across categories
The 2025 Irish Construction Industry Awards (ICIA) has published a standout shortlist, showcasing organisations that are pushing the boundaries of construction in Ireland.
Finalists include leading contractors, architects, engineers and consultants whose projects span residential, industrial, commercial, conservation and infrastructure sectors, reflecting both innovation and adaptability in a changing economic and regulatory landscape.
The awards gala will take place on 10 October 2025 at the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), a ceremony that has become one of the most anticipated events in the sector’s calendar. It provides a platform for recognising best practice in health & safety, sustainability, design excellence, and project delivery amid the challenges of cost pressures, supply chain constraints and climate policy demands.
Particularly notable are the finalists in categories such as Green Project of the Year, Innovation in Construction, Excellence in Sustainability and Women in Construction, which signal a clear industry-wide shift toward holistic performance beyond mere profitability.
The shortlist also underscores the importance of collaborative excellence, where consultants, contractors and sub-contractors are jointly delivering projects that stand up to rigorous design, safety, environmental and quality standards.
